So I've recently passed my assessment and now is the next part of my ICS volunteering journey!

As part of this, they ask that I fundraise at least £800 (this goes directly to the charity and not towards my trip!) to prove my commitment to ICS and Raleigh International, before I fly over to Tanzania in September 2017.

I have been selected to take part in their Livelihoods programme, which means that I will be living in Tanzania (Morogoro) for 3 months, alongside 5 other European volunteers, staying with a local family and helping the young people out there to build sustainable businesses within their community.

I am super excited about this opportunity, it will be life changing not only for the communities we are involved with, but also myself!
