Volvic has teamed up with international relief and development charity World Vision to create the three-year ‘1L for 10L’ programme to build and mechanise wells across Africa. For every litre of ‘1L for 10L’ of Volvic Natural Mineral Water or Volvic Touch of Fruit purchased, we generate 10L of water for communities in Ghana, Malawi, Mali and Zambia by digging and mechanising wells. These wells have a lifespan of at least 10 years and World Vision will work with the communities to provide training to maintain the wells.

On top of this we are also mobilizing ourselves as a company to raise £15.6K for an extra well in Kenya. Please support us and enter our Euro 2008 Challenge! We are asking for a minimum £5 donation to enter, and you can win at least £50 for the 1^st prize, £25 for the 2^nd prize*. All additional donation will also go to our Well Fund directly to World Vision. All entries must be paid and submitted by midday Sat 7^th June via email to volvic1for10@danone.com . Note there are 2 separate competitions, one for Danone employees only and one for friends of Danone, but the prizes and rules are the same. The winners will be advised by mail shortly after the Euro 2008 finale.
