Story

Yes- I am crazy. A few sandwiches short of a picnic one might say. I am your typical Scottish lass- I like to eat fabulous food, go out on the town at the weekend, meeting friends and generally living life to the full. My usual excercise involves running for the bus and lifting the glass of vino to my lips... So you can see- this is a challenge indeed!

I entered this marathon a few months ago with the intention of getting fit and raising loads a money for Victim Support Scotland, an excellent Scottish charity very close to my heart.

I have never done anything like this in my life (I dont think the race for life counts!) and I will be sweating it out in the months leading up to doomsday, sorry, the 27th May, knowing that all the blood, sweat and tears will be worth it. Because I am raising money to help people who have been a victim of crime, whether it is a housebreaking, a violent crime, sexual assault, theft, domestic abuse or racially motivated.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Victim Support Scotland will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
