Since December 2014 I have completed numerous events in order to raise money for CLAPA after Joshua being born with a Cleft lip in March 2009. This Sunday will be the final events of the last 2 and Half Years – MINI GEAR and GEAR 30.04.2017 – both Ruby and Joshua will be running the mini gear to help raise that last £250 of £1000 target – It really would be amazing if on the final event we were able to make this TARGET achievable. The money I have raised is both to say Thank You to everyone at CLAPA for everything they did during that Stressful time & their continued Support. This money will also help to enable CLAPA to support other families that also find themselves in a similar situation. Myself & Toby my Brother will be doing the Wild Warrior - X Runner Xtreme Obstacle 10k Mud Run on 01/10/2016 (Completed Myself - 1:42:52 & Toby - 1:43:06) for my Son Joshua who was born with a Cleft Lip and I'd like to say Thank You to everyone at CLAPA for everything they did at a Stressful time & their continued Support. I'll be Training from 1st December 2014 for these Events, I will be Running the 10k Cancer Research UK London Winter Run on 1st February 2015 (Completed 1:00:07). 10k Great East Anglia Run on 3rd May 2015 (Completed 55:51). 10k Sure Run To The Beat Run on 13th September 2015 (Completed 48:02). Larkin Gowen City of Norwich Half Marathon on 22nd November 2015 (Completed 2:05:07). 10k Cancer Research UK London Winter Run on 31st January 2016 (Completed 47:33). Vitality North London Half Marathon on 20th March 2016 (Completed 1:46:54). Myself & Ruby will be Running the Mini Gear 1.2 Mile Fun Run on 1st May 2016 (Completed - Ruby Finished In 12:00). 10k Great East Anglia Run on 1st May 2016 (Completed 47:43). 10k Vitality British London Run on 10th July 2016 (Completed 49:06) - Rebecca will be Running this Run too, as Both Places we're Charity Places through Joshua's Charity CLAPA (Rebecca Completed 1:10:56). Spartan Peterborough Super UK Race - 13km+ Course with over 20 Obstacles on 4th September 2016 (Completed 2:42:58). Nuclear Races - The Fallout 12km Obstacle Race on 12th November 2016. (Completed Myself - 2:32:35 & Toby - 2:31:57). Myself & Toby will be Competing in Mud 'N' Madness 8km Obstacle Race on 4th February 2017. (Completed Myself - 59:43 & Toby - 59:56). 10k Cancer Research UK London Winter Run on 5th February 2017. (Completed 50:47). Larkin Gowen City of Norwich Half Marathon on 9th April 2017. (Completed 2:16:43). 10k Great East Anglia Run on 30th April 2017 which is my Last Event for Joshua & CLAPA on this Epic few years with these Challenges. Ruby will be Running the Mini GEAR on 30th April 2017 for 2nd time for CLAPA, While Joshua will be Running 1st Mini GEAR for CLAPA on 30th April 2017.
