Wader Quest is joining the Global Bird Weekend this year because it is about conserving wetlands. Without wetlands the world would be a much less healthy place, not just for our beloved waders, but for many different species of bird and wildlife in general; not to mention humanity itself. 

 It is important to realise that birds of all kinds, in all habitats are under more pressure than ever. We are determined to do what we can to preserve, conserve and protect them.
