Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Anyone who knows me will know what a challenge running 100km will be. Considering I can barely even run to the local cake shop this will really make me suffer. This is the point, it is designed to. My suffering is necessary to justify my goal.

My fundraising target is lofty. I am fortunate to work with a number of very high achievers who have the power to help me smash this goal. I am hoping to inspire these people and enable them to get behind this very worthy cause. This is why I have chosen this event, in return I will give you my pound of flesh in blood and tears. I really will suffer.

My business, WAKE FIT will also match all donations as/when it can. I want to ensure I am worthy of these donations and this is why I have made these commitments.

The Danny Green Fund provides equipment and care to children who have suffered brain tumours. It also provides money for research. As a small charity these funds will make a direct difference to ill children and you will see the actual impact of your money. How amazing is that to really make a difference?

Brain tumours are the most fatal cancer in children. Together we can help beat this cruel illness.

Our charity provides funding for physiotherapy, hydrotherapy or piece of equipment for children suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome as a result of a brain tumour. We also fund brain tumour research as without research there will be no cure for this devastating disease.
