How will you Rise and Take Action to give women, girls, and families a chance to live free from the fear of abuse and violence. Whether its a Couch to 5k, a skydive from 10,000 feet, or scaling Wales' highest peaks, you choose how you get involved!

Story

Cardiff Women's Aid is committed to ending violence against women and girls and supporting survivors of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence (VAWDASV). We continue to support survivors and their children in Cardiff and the surrounding areas by providing aftercare and recovery services and a warm, safe space in emergency accommodation.

Wales’ Strongest Woman, Sam Taylor, and her fellow Welsh Strongwoman athletes, will be collectively lifting 10,791 kilos of Atlas Stones, to represent the 10,791 women and girls who will be affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence in Wales each year, all to raise funds to support Cardiff Women’s Aid.
