In June I will be walking unsupported and on my own from BP's office in Aberdeen to our Sunbury-on-Thames office, a distance of over 500 miles. I plan on this taking around 4 weeks to complete, and will need to average at least 20-25 miles or more per day.

Many families will or already have been affected by dementia, indeed my mum passed away 8 years ago from a related illness aged 58.  Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity, dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and hopefully one day finding a cure.
