We're Norfolk and Waveney Mind, your local mental health charity. We work to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, support people in their recovery and champion better services for all.

Story

From 12th May we are starting the Walking4Norfolk 2021 Challenge. The Team will be doing a virtual walk from Norwich Cathedral to Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. A total of 374.1 miles (combined team mileage). We are raising funds for Norfolk & Waveney Mind and giving 10% to Walking4Norfolk. We are all volunteers or supporters of Diss Mind Shop - please pop in to see us if you can! Bon Voyage!
