When my son bought me a wing walk for my birthday, as well as being pretty nervous and having to commit to losing over a stone to meet the criteria, I immediately thought of raising cash for my neighbour John Adams.

John was diagnosed with MND six years ago and was told back then his life expectancy was around 12 to 18 months. 

After the shock, John vowed to his family and friends he would never to stop fighting and he wanted to use the rest of his time to raise awareness of this horrific disease and raise funds to find a much-needed cure. He has never broken this promise and is such an inspiring bloke despite being a Baggies fan (Sky Blues Forever!).

So please help me raise cash for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and to support John
