On the 13th February 2022 (Brooklyn’s 20th birthday) Ellie (Brooklyn’s girlfriend) and Georgia (Brooklyn’s best friend) have decided to do a sponsored walk for the British heart foundation in honour of Brooklyn We will be starting at Llandudno ending at Prestatyn then we will walk to the miners and have a birthday drink there for him! Anyone that would like to take part are very welcome ❤️‍🩹all money raised will go to the British heart foundation a charity that is very important to Brooklyn! Living with a heart condition since birth brooklyn had to have a mechanical valve replacement which didn’t go to plan, Brooklyn was in a very life threatening condition end has fought through it and got himself on the heart transplant list, although this isn’t something anybody would want to go through it is now Brooklyn’s only option whilst he waits for a match on a bivad , we have decided to do the walk on the 13th February because it is Brooklyn’s birthday that day, I would also like to thank everybody for all the support and everybody that has been there for Brooklyn and us as a family ! Brooklyn will keep fighting every single day whilst he waits for his transplant
