On December 25th this year, it will be one year since we lost our brilliant Charlie. Along with my mum, Yvonne and wife, Emily, we will be dusting off our walking boots and swapping the turkey for a days hiking. We will be walking a kilometre for each year that our Charlie lived life to the full. . . so that’s 23km in total! 😊

Starting in Ilfracombe, we will walk the North Devon coastline until we reach our goal. We will be raising money for a charity close to our hearts. Vennture supported Charlie through some challenging times and they continue to do so for many young people. 

Vennture’s mission is to help young people in the night time economy and ensure they come home safe. Vennture equips volunteers to build meaningful relationships with those facing challenge or in crisis - either on the street or in the home. 

I’m sure I speak for everyone that the big guy is terribly missed. Charlie always wore a huge smile and would radiate positive energy. He would light up any room! He was compassionate, caring, good-humoured and would make time for anyone. We all miss him so much! 💙
