It's hard to believe that it's been almost 18 months since our friend Fahim passed away. This year we are once again commemorating him by taking part in the Moonlight Walk. The hospice helped Fahim and his family a great deal in the final part of his life and, with your help, they can continue to offer that important support to other families.
