In February I will be walking 100 miles in total over the 28 days and will be updating my progress on here!
I'm helping to keep hearts beating this Heart Month by taking on the Walk for Hearts challenge throughout February to help fund lifesaving research. Every three minutes, someone in the UK dies from cardiovascular disease. With your support, British Heart Foundation can power research that will enable people to live longer, healthier lives.
Getting out for a walk is great for your mental health and your physical health and I really wanted to focus on that this year myself, so why not raise money for a brilliant charity at the same time?
