Story

Hello

Yet again we're raring and ready to go and do the Marsden March again next year. As many of you may know sadly on the 21st February 2012 we lost a dear friend Amanda Slann. Amanda was a patient at the Royal Marsden Hospital and we got to see first hand what fantastic work the Royal Marsden does in not only the treatment of their patients but also into the care, even though Amanda was going through some of the toughest times at the hospital if it were not for the fantastic members of staff there Amandas journey would've been nowhere near as comfortable.

Although losing a best friend is an incredibly terrible thing, Amanda's memory has truly inspired us to do whatever we can in order to give other teenagers suffering from cancer and leukemia the life that Amanda sadly never got to have.

So please give generously because the charity is truly fantastic in every single thing that they do, plus 14 miles is a really long way and last time I struggled to walk for like a week after it.

Many Thanks,

Amy
