Pride month commemorates years of struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equal justice under the law for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community around the world. 

Very sadly, my mother's dear friend Cheryl passed away recently after a tough battle with MND. Cheryl was a proud defender of rights and equality, an inspiration to me in my youth. This time we will be marching together  with her in spirit, in her honour, and to celebrate her life.

The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
