We all have a passion for fitness and being able to use our physical capabilities as much as possible.  Because of this, we have agreed that we should get our passion out of the gym and put our attributes to good use.

We truly believe that what we do right now in the moment makes a difference, not only to our own lives, but in the lives of others as well. 

By pushing our own personal limits we aim to create an awareness that will allow others to see what is achievable in their lives, by making them aware of their own potential, just like the charity Dot Com does for so many children on a daily basis. 

We will be walking about 215 miles in 7 days along the coastal routes from Land's End to Paignton.  By doing this we hope to raise awareness about this great charity and to make lots of new friends along the way and capture a sense of being that will stay with us forever. 

All donations will be humbly received, no matter how much is given.
