We provide aid and support to persecuted Christians around the world.

Story

Bridget and Caroline run the NW Office of ACN UK. We work hard every day to support the suffering Church around the world. Throughout 2018 we are undertaking a series of walks to raise awareness and funds to help Iraqi Christians rebuild their homes and lives as they return to the Nineveh Plain.

Our main route will take in the five Catholic cathedrals in the NW: Lancaster, Salford, Liverpool, Wrexham and Shrewsbury. So far we've scheduled walks for 18-21 May (Lancaster Cathedral-Salford Cathedral), 15-16 June (Salford Cathedral-Liverpool Met), 6-7 July (Liverpool Met-Wrexham Cathedral) and 14-15 September (Wrexham Cathedral-Shrewsbury Cathedral), but we expect to schedule more as the year moves forward. Keep checking this page for more details!

We welcome sponsorship for our walks (thank you!) and we are also looking for schools, parishes and individuals to get involved by organising their own sponsored walks--we'll even try to come along if we can! We can provide advice, sponsor sheets and publicity to get you started.
