Our beautiful Mummy, Grandma and Great Granny passed away 8 weeks after being diagnosed with peritoneal cancer. She spent her last few days being cared for by the incredible nurses and carers at St Peter's Hospice. As a family we will be forever grateful to them. St Peter's Hospice gives the best care possible to anyone who needs it across the Bristol area. They provide support within the peaceful surroundings of the Hospice itself with space for family to stay over, as well as in the comfort of a patient's own home. Their teams are dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of patients, but also to their families and those close to them, to support the bereaved throughout the most difficult of times. I will be taking part in Walk to Remember, walking 5km in Ashton Court, to support and fundraise for St Peter's Hospice. Any amount that you can spare for this cause would be greatly appreciated.
