Throughout June and July, my husky and I will walk 106miles to commemorate the distance from my house to Winchester's Mother and Baby Unit where I stayed when I was ill with Postpartum Psychosis after the birth of my daughter in 2017☀️🌿 Unfortunately for me, there was no MBU available in Wales at the time meaning sadly I was 2 and a half hours away from my family and friends 😔

However, this April, Uned Gobaith (Unit of Hope) was opened in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥳      I was so pleased and privileged to be able to collaborate with the planners and artist of the unit, through APP. It really will make all the difference to keep women close to their loved ones and aid their recovery ❤
