WALX Preston instructors, Guides, Hosts and walkers are taking part in Age UK's Run Your Age to raise funds to help provide support for older people at this particularly challenging time.  

The challenge allows each member of the team the opportunity to set an individual goal to complete during January 2021; running isn't right for everyone so the challenge might be to walk your age in miles or kilometres over the month, or to complete 'your age' of laps of a local park. We have asked each member of our team to set a personal walking / running challenge.

We invite WALX Preston walkers to get in touch to submit a challenge, and we extend this invitation to anyone who would be motivated to join us. As we go through the month, keep an eye on the updates on individual challenges below.
