Over the years, I've taken part in this annual 10K event, including the very first event 17 years ago.  Never once did I ever imagine this type of cancer would affect someone I know or love...

My brother Freddie battled Stage 3 tongue cancer. He endured absolute hell; physically and mentally.  Thanks to an incredible Surgeon/Oncology team, along with HIS strength & determination he gave cancer the middle finger. 

We walk strong as 'Team Freddie' ... YAY!
