I, like so many others over the past year, have endured what feels like an eternity stuck at home shielding.  It hasn't been helped by being told by Dr's that covid-19 would 'kill me' and then being told that my medication might not be available. But, I know that I am not alone.

I now deal with crippling anxiety and panic attacks as I try to build my confidence and rejoin the world, so I thought that I'd set myself a challenge to help me beat this worry, build on my mental health and hopefully help other's in my situation get our lives back.  

So, I'm going to Everest Base Camp!!
