Isabel Hospice Cornish Coastal Challenge 2019 · 21 June 2019 to 23 June 2019 ·

If you have a life-limiting illness, we can care for you and your family. Our care is free and can be provided in your home, at our Living Well community hubs or our In-Patient Unit.

Story

Seven of us climbed Ben Nevis in September 2018 in memory of Matt Sharp and Georgia. The climb was so hard, physically and emotionally, but we did it! So we made a pact to do something every year together. This year we've chosen a hike across the Cornish coast and we've recruited a couple more to the group.

The Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 270,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire. Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible, giving people choices about how they end their lives, a choice to have a good death in the place they want. Without donations it would not be possible for patients and their families. Each year Isabel Hospice cares for around 1,400 patients and 700 family members. But we know there are even more people that need help and we hope you can support us to help more people.
