Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 13th April 2015 Sam and Jim Patterson lost their youngest son Alex to Meningococcal disease (Men B) Alex was 11 months old. Sam and Jim have found strength in the most devastating of circumstances, and are a true inspiration to all that know them. On the 13th June 2015 Sam went head to head and completed the half iron-distance triathlon in Denmark to raise money for the Meningitis Foundation. Jim and Callum (our friend) have agreed to join me in the 3 peaks in 24hrs challenge. This is a really tough challenge and we hope to raise a minimum of £1950.00 also for Meningitis Foundation (www.meningitis.org) All money donated, big or small will make a massive difference in the fight against this disease. Recently we all completed the Cambridge Half Marathon which was in the end, a fun day.
