I have just signed up to the East Anglian Air Ambulance’s Only The Brave 2019 6 mile obstacle run, at the moment I can’t run a mile let alone 6 with 35 gruelling muddy obstacles, but I have until April to get there. This isn’t the easiest thing to say but as some of you may know the Air Ambulance  busted my home last December and tried their hardest to save my mum’s late husband, unfortunately they were unsuccessful, however they do save local lives everyday all through charity funding. I have worked closely with them since and want to do everything I can to help them continue their great work. I know we’re all living in uncertain times at the moment but any donations big or small would be so appreciated. Equally if you can’t afford to donate and would still like to help please share this post and help spread the word. Thank you in advance.
