When I signed up to this event for this fantastic charity I really didn't know what I was letting myself in for..... I blame my colleagues entirely!!!

From ice baths to electric shocks and a whole host of mud in between I have (foolishly) signed up to the 15k and 30 obstacle Tough Mudder event with four of my colleagues at Holm Bush Estate, West Sussex on Saturday 23rd September.

This charity holds personal significance for me as it helped provide end of life care for my brother who sadly passed away from Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer in 2011 at the age of  29.

The care and the support they gave my brother and my family will never be forgotten and this is a fantastic opportunity to give back to this amazing charity and any money raised will go directly to helping families like mine with the impact of this horrific disease.
