I am going to be running the York 10K to help raise money for Accessible Arts & Media (AAM)! AAM is a charity that runs inclusive creative learning programmes for disabled people, young people, older people and people with mental health problems. Their projects help over 800 people each year to: learn new skills; gain the confidence to have more of a say in the things that matter to them; explore and connect with the world around them in a safe, supportive, fun environment; make new friends and socialise; play an active part in their local community; and feel happier and healthier. 

I have been involved with AAM since early 2017 and they still continue to inspire me with the amazing and wonderful work they do. Any donation, big or small, will have a significant impact. Thank you very much for all your support!
