I have decided to run the 5K race.  As a former fat kid, I have been trying to get in shape for the last couple of years, so that I could take part in something like this, and now that time has come.  I may not have got a fit as I would have wanted but if I didn't do this now, I probably never would, so its time to take the plunge and do it!!
