Hey everyone! I'm running the fabulous Liverpool Santa Dash 5k this year with my awesome PT Wayne. We are hoping to raise some money for Claire House Children's hospice based on the Wirral.

It doesn't take a lot of money to make a big difference; £16.78 can fund an hour of one to one nursing and £30 can fund an hour of play therapy.
