I feel privileged to be taking part in this years Walled City Marathon Bed Push in Rhonda’s memory because I have seen first-hand the invaluable work that Foyle Hospice does for the local community. During Rhonda’s illness, the Hospice nurses provided exceptional care for her at home and in her final hours they helped make her comfortable & peaceful. The Hospice has also provided support to the family since Rhonda’s passing. I have always had a special place in my heart for the Foyle Hospice as they helped care for my dad, who passed away almost 14 years ago. ’
