Walk the Walk · 10 September 2022

Founded in 2016 by two former serving soldiers, Calum MacLeod and Colin Maclachlan, Who Dares Cares has a team of volunteers committed to supporting our Armed Forces and Blue Light Services personnel, including their families, who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Story

My dad, mum, great grandad, great grandmother, grandads, aunty, uncles and four great uncles all served in the Armed Forces.  I know service personnel have a tough job and sometimes they need help and support when things aren't going well for them.  I want to support Who Dares Cares in supporting our Armed Forces Veterans including their Families who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  I want to make a difference by walking three peaks.  One in Wales, England and Scotland whilst raising awareness of PTSD and Who Dares Cares.

For my challenge I'll walk up the Pen Y Fan 30 April 2023, Scafell Pike 6 May 2023 and Ben Lomond 21 May 2023.
