We are Wales’ 12 days of Runmas is to support City Hospice to continue to care for terminally ill patients at the heart of the Cardiff community.

The 12 days of Runmas will allow individual’s to carry out set run distances from 3-5k per day along with some small challenges along the way. The 3-5k can be shared by families or done as individuals. Christmas is a time for giving so please donate to such a great cause!
