Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In 2017 Saint-Gobain formed a partnership with Barnardo's with a commitment to go beyond just fundraising and use our unique position in the construction industry to support the next generation.

Future Place in South London is Saint-Gobain's first community Training Academy set up with Barnardo's to deliver complete engagement to employment model.  The programme aims to offer care leavers sustained independence and employability.  The centre offers traineeships with an NVQ Level 2 and a CSCS card, literacy and numeracy coaching, mentoring and work placements over a year long period.

To raise funds, Weber is taking part in a Dragon Boat racing event with other Saint-Gobain companies on 12 September 2018 at Dorney Lake in Windsor.

All donations for this very worthwhile cause will be much appreciated.
