I am running the London Marathon on 22 April 2018 for Weldmar in memory of my friend Lyn.

She was a lovely friendly lady who adored her family, many friends, animals and had a real passion for horse riding.

Along with her family, she benefitted from the excellent care and support that Weldmar offers people with life-limiting illness.

It costs £21 to provide a much needed one to one counselling session to a loved one.

Weldmar is a fantastic local charity and 75% of their funding comes from local support. Any donation is gratefully received and if anyone wants to lend a hand with fundraising, I will welcome the support.

I have never run the London marathon before; actually I have never run a road marathon before, so this will be a big challenge. Thank you for your support. x
