London's wellbeing advocates are swapping the lectern for the mic and singing in support of Mind. Not only is singing a great way to energise and express yourself, but often people fear getting it wrong. As confident as all the performers are in their fields of Medicine, Coaching, Psychotherapy, Psychology and Acting, they have all struggled with singing, or found it got them through particularly tough times. In this one-night only concert to push their own boundaries they are doing what they encourage you to do every day - taking that first step to prove they can - which means you can too! Hear their stories, enjoy their set, join in with the Chrissy B Show Mental Health Dance (#MHD) challenge, and keep the conversation going for good mental health.
