The Women Empowerment and Leadership League (W.E.L.L.) is a high school club in New York City. Our goals are to support underprivileged women by helping to create leadership opportunities for them and to ensure that women’s voices are equally heard in decision making processes. W.E.L.L. hopes to support the New York Women's Foundation by collecting funds for economic justice, immigrants, women's civic leadership, anti-racism work, and the protection of LGBTQ, trans, and nonbinary communities.
