We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

Hey guys,

We were recently inspired by a talk by Nigel Revell on the Teenage Cancer Trust, so as part of our Social Apprentice project on Saturday the 19th January a group of us (Helena Brennan, Charlotte Steel, Georgina Bird, Tatiana Alderson, Halcyon Hirst, Cat Ingledow and Emily Bristowe) are doing a Moon Walk around the college grounds. This will be a 26 mile walk overnight on 16th March and the money we raise from this is going to pay for a qualified teacher to visit the Royal Marsden Teenage Cancer Ward once a week to provide them with the skill of their choice for example Art. We chose this particular charity as we were all so shocked with how common cancer for people our age actually is, and cancer is very close to all of our hearts from past experiences of loved ones.

This is such a great cause and any donation, even as little as £1, would be amazing.

Lots of love,

Em, Tat, Helly, Charlie, Cat, Georgie and Halcyon xxx
