Welsh Convoy 2 Syria · 6 March 2013

Watan UK's formally Human care Syria purpose is to reduce the humanitarian suffering and contribute to sustainable development for an all inclusive and harmonious society in Syria.

Story

Some of us took part in the first convoy to Syria which left in November 2012.  Since then, we have watched the situation in Syria deteriorate and the human casualties rise.  We have watched the indiscriminate shelling, we have watched the slow death of a nation.  We can no longer keep on watching, we will be leaving 26th April 2013 as part of the second Welsh Convoy 2 Syria.

There is a huge demand for ambulances, medical equipment and humanitarian aid.  We have pledged to raise the cost and buy at least 4 ambulances and 2 vans loaded with medical and humanitarian aid.  We can only fulfill this pledge with your help, we urge you to donate to this worthy cause and make a difference.

We have also pledged to deliver the vehichles with our own hands, this will require over 3,000 miles of driving and patience.  We know fully well this is only a very small gesture to those who are suffering in Syria, but we also know fully well it is our duty and it will make a difference and hopefully save lives.  Your donation will save lives.
