Alzheimer’s is a cruel disease that effects not only the Individual but family & friends. 

I lost my father in law who was very young ( early 60s)  when this cruel disease took him. 

Anyone that knows our family well knows of the matriarch that is Granny Dor. Whilst she is lucky enough to be 94 years young we now find that she is becoming a shadow of her former self due to this disease. Heartbreaking for herself and close family and friends to witness the deterioration process. 

Therefore to raise funds I have decided that during November I will walk a minimum of 300,000 steps , this averages out at 10,000 steps a day for the 30 days .  Approx 135 miles 😩😀
