I have never been sporty and at the grand old age of 40 I have either found wellness or I am desperately looking as I am not afraid of getting old ,just afraid of being weak and unable to do things in my years to come. The opportunity with Tough Mudder has come up after working with a brilliant charity called Rays of Sunshine. This charity is amazing , creating wonderful memories for children with life threatening illnesses. The team work so hard in granting wishes , but it costs money.

If life we tend to look on and feel the impact of a bad story but it doesn't stay with us like it does for these poor children. So instead of spending £5 on the "thing" you can eat or drink ... please donate it too a worthy cause. No child deserves to be ill, no family deserve the heartache , but we can one special memory to be cherished for always xxx

please donate , its so worth it , for the children for their families and too see me covered in mud panting for breath , whilst a jump through a hoop of fire .... cant wait ....
