So last summer I wanted to do something to support a local charity and found that I had been running passed an amazing charity for months- Whoopsadaisy in Preston Park. 

When I looked up what they did, it immediately struck me that they had some of the same values I have - every one can learn and to help people to reach their full potential. 

They provide Conductive Education and other services for babies and children with movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and many more.

In the summer last year I took part in my own 3 day “tri-athlon” event- cycle, row and running! 

Well from January 2022 I will be running a half marathon every month for a year! Plus I am sure some other added features knowing me 😂
