6 years ago I set a half marathon PB in Bath of 1:40:37  I was a young man in the prime of life. Six years on, deep into middle-age and well into my fifth decade I’m trying to break that PB and go under 1:40:00. So what better charity to run for than one that all middle-aged men should support. Please donate to Prostate Cancer UK so we can help bring an end to this disease and help men live healthier, happier and longer lives - every little helps. Hopefully I might even break that PB!
