Story

We are very excited that in July, Young West will be taking a team to Uganda with the charity Abaana! We will be working with children living on the streets of Kampala, doing crafts, sports and bible teaching! We will also be working in schools and Abaana’s New Life Home’s, running a mission week.

The money raised here will go towards the building project, which is making latrines for an Abaana school. This is an important piece of work which will help for the hygiene of the kids at the school!

We believe this will be an excellent opportunity for our young people to get involved in God’s mission and see where their place is in being stewards and how to show love to those in need!

We have a team running the Belfast Marathon on the 5th May 2019 including the one and only Rev. Andy Galbraith, so please get behind the team and give generously.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and hopefully supporting us in our work!
