Story

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. On Friday 20th October, the "whole" of the West One Students Accommodation team will be wearing pink to help raise awareness & hopefully lots of money for this worthy cause, to help life-saving research to discover how to prevent breast cancer. This awful disease is still tearing apart the lives of families and taking the lives of the people we love on a heart breaking scale.

This is especially poignant & personal to the team, in June of this year, Emma Chappell, the manager of our West One Student Accommodation, Broomhill Branch was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

She has & still is, like many others in the same situation, showing incredible strength & courage, determined she is going to ring that bell, that her story is going to be a happy ending. She is going to beat cancer.

We are immensely proud of her and so this day is to show our support for her & all the other people affected by breast cancer.

Help us raise money to invest in the prevention & early detection of breast cancer to save lives. Every single pound  counts so even if you can only spare £1 please donate. The money we raise on just giving will go direct to Breast Cancer Care Charity, any cash donations raised on the day will go to Breast Cancer Now Charity. 2 worthy causes (one for each boob !!!!!!!!)

Thank you from all the team at West One Student Accommodation
