After the overwhelming success of Running the Burrator 5k, we as a well oiled running machine lol are taking on our next challenge, Wednesday the 14th December at sunrise we are running from Westpark Delivery office to the Plymouth Mail Center Plymstock roughly completing a 10k double the distance from our first run. Again this is to Raise awareness for all struggling with mental health & we stand shoulder to shoulder with all our colleagues out on strike. 

Run 1 ( completed) The West Park posties are set to take on Burrator 5k tomorrow - to show a stand of solidarity with all striking postal workers & the 115000 Cwu members on strike to raise awareness and funds for mental health.


The posties have chosen Mental Health Charity Mind - a worthy mental health organisation as their charity of choice.

Runners and supporters will be donning the CWU pink  T shirts to show solidarity with all postal workers & every CWU member going through tough times at the moment.
