WFWI centenary walk · 1 August 2018

Every day of the year, your local air ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day. We receive no government funding for our daily missions. Your support keeps us flying.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  The Women's Institute in Warwickshire is 100 years old this year.  I will be walking from  Llanfairpwll in Anglesey to our Headquarters in Warwick to celebrate this centenary.  Llanfairpwll is where  the WI started its journey in 1915 and I will be visiting the first ever WI meeting hut.  My journey will take 13 days of walking and will bring me to our HQ in Warwick on 14 August.   The Federation has chosen the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance as its centenary charity.  I just hope i don't need to call on them on my walk 😁.  Please sponsor me and help raise funds for a very worthy cause and to help me on my way.
