Help me to raise funds for disadvantaged children

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!
I am raising funds for a charity by the name of The Link Foundation who fundamentally give disadvantaged children a childhood. Children in receipt of this support have commonly had to flee the trauma of domestic violence, facing the horrors of a terminal disease or simply in families that struggle to provide the care and comforts a child deserves.
That being said I appreciate you work hard for your cash - so I want to show you how much I want your donation! I have signed up to climb Mt Snowdon in Wales on the 12th May, 2011 and I’m convinced that the more money I raise, the quicker I'll get to the top! Also my company, Hewlett Packard, have agreed to match whatever I raise so please give as much as your purse strings will allow.
The Link Foundation helps children at home and abroad and I found the story of a little girl called Angela most touching - and in fact the reason why I chose to support the charity.
Angela's Story
10-year-old Angela was abandoned by her parents, who had too many children to be able to keep her. Alone on the streets of Bombay little Angela could so easily have become prey to one of the many gangs recruiting destitute children into the sex industry. The rest wouldn't bear contemplation. Through an annual donation from The Link Foundation, to a highly effective Partner Charity in Bombay, Angela has been housed in a very basic, but safe property along with 14 other girls. She loves the fact that she receives proper education, which is funded by TLF and which we all hope will help Angela build a much better life for herself than might have been predicted.
Thank you so much, I really do appreciate your contribution - and I’m 100% sure the children will too.
