This year, I am walking with friends and colleagues along the Downs link from Cranleigh in Surrey to Shoreham on the Sussex coast.  We are doing this in memory of our friend Louise Morris.

The event is taking place on the 18th September and comprises 30 walkers and supporters who'll be covering 30 miles in 12 hours.

Louise loved walking and taking part in charity treks herself so we feel this walk is an ideal way of remembering Louise and raising money for a good cause.
