This year I will be walking 26 miles across the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast with 40 friends and colleagues in memory of Louise Morris, a dear friend of ours who died suddenly 5 years ago.

It's the 4th year we've done this and each event has been a great way to remember Lou as well a fundraising exercise. If you're able to donate even a little towards this great cause that would be really appreciated.
